The NorthWoods Yoga Collective currently offers 3 classes per week at Rail River Folk School and 2 classes per week at Bemidji Kobukan Dojo (both in Bemidji, MN). Our rates at Rail River range from a $12 walk-in rate to a $6 student/senior/low-income rate, with $8/class and $10/class rates available with the purchase of 12 or 6 class punch cards. Classes at the Dojo are freewill donation.

Aside from offering Kundalini Yoga classes to the community, we hope to act as a resource for all yoga teachers in Bemidji and the surrounding area. We hope to open up a dialogue, build a community, and offer a space where where various organizations and individuals can come together to more effectively address many complex concerns through the practice of yoga. The NorthWoods Yoga Collective invites everyone to a conversation and a space where we can all see ourselves as informing and supporting individual and collective well-being. We believe this is an essential component that is missing and we want to contribute to strengthen what you can think of as a "community of care".
